Coming from East including London take the M3 and turn off on to
A303 with signs towards Andover and West Country.
Carry on A303 until you reach right turn to A350
signed Warminster and Blandford. After leaving A303 at junction
with A350 turn left towards Blandford and Shaftesbury.. After 4
miles take right turn to Motcombe (also with sign saying Coppleridge
Inn) Stay on this little road until 2/3 down a hill take right turn
signed Mere. After 3/4 mile at staggered crossroads take road to
Mere and the stud entrance is 1/4 mile down road on left. Large
sign saying Larkinglass with picture of Jockey's Silks.
Coming from West Country take the Stourhead, Mere
turning off A303 and at T junction take right turn to Mere. Enter
Mere and at clock tower in centre take right turn which takes you
past Waltons Newsagent Post Office. Stay on this road for 3 miles
and after sharp right bend you will see the above Larkinglass sign
on your right.
Coming from South of Blandford go to Shaftesbury
and take the Motcombe road shortly after leaving Shaftesbury on
the Gillingham Road. Go through Motcombe continue towards Mere and
the Larkinglass Farm sign will appear on your left 1/2 mile out
of Motcombe.
